Strawberry Mango Salsa
This salsa is versatile easy to make, healthy and delicious. What this salsa can be served with is almost endless on tacos, chicken, fish, even try it as a salsa for tortilla chips trust me try it I was skeptical too.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries diced
- 1 cup mango diced
- ¼ cup red onion finely diced
- 1 tbs jalapeño minced
- 2 tbs lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tbs lime zest finely grated
- 1 tbs cilantro minced
- 1 tbs olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl thoroughly fold the ingredients together until coated evenly with oil and cilantro.
- Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator. You can serve this immediately but I Like to give it a few hours in the fridge to let the flavors really mix together as one.
